Stuck on Taxiway

Ok so i've solved a lot of my problems by searching these forums... so here's a question that i couldnt find the answer to:

at KATL, i have noticed that a few of my planes taxi off the runway after landing.. and then just sit on the taxiway... stuck!

I am using an afcad of katl that i downloaded from project ai.... and i have not noticed if it is any certain type of aircraft that get stuck.... i thought i had come across this problem somewhere else in these forums, but i have spent parts of two days searching for it, and i've had no luck.... does someone have an idea what is goin on?

Make sure all taxiways leading to runways have hold short nodes on the runway range.
if you read the AFCAD manual properly, you should have figured this out.
